Hallo und hilfe!!!

Ich bin echt verzweifelt!!

Hab folgendes Problem: Ich habe meinen PC neu installiert und seit dem kann ich keine Videos und TV-Aufzeichnungen mehr auf meine Speicherkarte synchronisieren.

Sogar die Optionen, wenn man die Qualität einstellen will sind grau, also deaktiviert. MediaPlayer -> Extras -> Optionen -> Geräte -> (Wechseldatenträger anklicken) -> Eigenschaften -> Qualität.

Es geht nur mit Musik.

Ich habe PowerDVD 6 installiert und auch alle Windows Updates.

Ich brauche das aber!!

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen!!

PS: Habe auch schon den Media Player runtergeschmissen und neu installiert und es auch mit WinDVD 7 versucht und sogar mal ActiveSync 4 installiert. Keine Effekt :(
