Jedesmal, wenn Skype installiert werden soll erscheint dieser Fehler.

Hinzu kommt, dass mit dem PC nichts heruntergeladen werden kann, da der Download langsam zum erliegen kommt, völlig egal um was für eine Datei und um welche Quelle es sich handelt. Vllt besteht ja irgendeine Verbindung...?

PC wurde frisch aufgesetzt, Problem tritt aber an selber Stelle wieder auf... Kann jemand weiterhelfen?
