Gibt es in SQL eine Möglichkeit, sprich Anweisung, einzelne Zeichen (in diesem Fall Anführungszeichen ["] ) zu ersetzen?

Unter VBA schon.

Wenn Du dort Deinen Select-Befehl zusammenbaust, kannst Du die Variable mit REPLACE verändern.

Z.B.

Variable = Recplace(Variable, [Zeichen welches Du ersetzten möchtes], [Zeichen welches Du hin haben möchtest])
