Nach der Installation von Servicepack 4 unter Windows 2000 war die Tastatur aus der Hardwarekonfiguration verschwunden und ließ sich weder de- noch neuinstallieren. Eine Neuinstallation des Betriebssystemes ist nicht möglich, weil dazu die Registriernummer eingegeben werden muss, was ohne Tastatur nicht möglich ist.

Ist irgendjemenden schon mal etwas ähnliches passiert?

Funktioniert die Tastatur noch im Bios oder unter DOS (von Diskette booten)?

Was für eine Tastatur? Was für Hardware? Tastatur selber schon getauscht?
