hallo

habe folgendes problem

hab den hp officejet 9100 series und hab die dementsprechende neue firmware version

SMR3009P.fmw und die update software gesaugt..

wenn ich die sw starte erkennt er den drucker aber ich komm nicht dazu die firmware zu installiern.. wäre sehr dringend weil wichtige fax weg müssen vielleicht kann wer helfen

aja er sagt: printer cannot be accessed
