Ping bei VPN geht nur in eine Richtung

Folgendes Problem:

Ich will mit nem Kumpel eine VPN – Verbindung enrichten.

Beide Rechner XP Pro incl SP2, beide hinter Fritzbox.

Server lokaler IP Bereich: 192.168.1.x

Client lokaler IP Bereich: 192.168.178.x

IP Bereich für VPN 192.168.10.200 – 205

Ports sind in der Fritzbox frei gegeben.

So, der Client kann sich bereits am Server anmelden. Er bekommt dann die 192.168.10.201, Der Server hat die 192.168.10.200.

Nun das Problem: Der Client kann den Server anpingen, nur der Server den Client nicht.

Woran kann das liegen??? Firewalls sind alle aus !!!
