Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche gerade ein VB6 Modul nach .NET zu migrieren, per Hand. Nun, das Modul ruft die CreateProcessA Funktion auf, bei VB6 gab es so 

 ret = CreateProcessA(0&, cmdline$, 0&, 0&, 1&, NORMAL_PRIORITY_CLASS, 0&, 0&, start, proc)

keinen Fehler in .NET bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung

Eine nicht behandelte Ausnahme des Typs 'System.NullReferenceException' ist in WLotto_Internetbegrüßung.exe aufgetreten.

Zusätzliche Informationen: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.

Was muss ich ändern um die Funktion ausführen lassen zu können?
