Hallo

Wenn ich ein Warenwirtschaftssystem mit Installation und Schulung an ein Unternehmen verkauft haben, und z.B. als IT-System Kaufmann dieses Projekt machen sollte, wie würde meine Gliederung aussehen?

Kann mir da jemand bitte behilflich sein?

Ich will einmal den Kaufmännischen Teil machen, dazu brauche ich eine Projektgliederung aus Kaufmännischer sicht mit Kaufmännischen Aspekten.

Also, das Thema ist ja, Verkauf, Installation und Schulung.

Wer kann mir den hierbei helfen?

Falsche Aussage, bei so einer Aussage wird Dir hier niemand helfen. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, willst Du eine Prüfung ablegen. Dann schreib doch mal hier auf, wie Deine Gliederung etc. aussehen würde und dann sehen wir weiter.
