Hallo Kollegen,

wer kann mir etwas sagen über korrekte Projektplanungen bzw. welche Phasen eines Projektes (Konzepterstellung, ER-Diagramm, Programmierung dies und das, Schulung etc.) man sinnvollerweise einem Kunden in Rechnung stellt?

Mein Chef erwartet von mir eine möglichst exakte zeitliche Planung zur Erstellung von html-Seiten mit php3 und mysql.

Was ist so üblich?

Lediglich Konzept, UI-Programmierung, Implementierung?

Hat einer Tipps? Vielleicht auch geeignete Links?
