Umlaute werden teilweise nicht mehr richtig angezeigt

Hallöchen,

ich hab seit gestern ein kleines Problem mit Umlauten...

In Outlook und im Firefox werden sie teilweise nicht mehr angezeigt.

In den Regions- und Sprachoptionen hab ich schon nachgeschaut,da sieht alles normal aus.

Reboot hat auch nicht geholfen...:(

Hat jemand noch nen Tip?
