Hallo,

Netlimiter ist ein Programm, indem man Konfigurieren kann welches Programm wieviel Up und Download verwenden darf. Man kann also z.b. den Download eine Applikation auf 2kb/s beschränken. Leider ist Netlimiter nicht kostenfrei.

Könnt ihr mir eine kostenfreie Alternative zu Netlimiter nennen?

Ein bisschen spät, bin aber heute auf der Suche nach einem ähnlichen Werkzeug über diesen Eintrag gestolpert.

Ich habe TrafficShaperXP gefunden:

Traffic Shaper XP - Freeware Bandwidth Limiter

Ist zwar eingeschränkt (siehe Traffic Shaping Features ) aber für meine Zwecke war es ausreichend.

Ein bisschen spät, (...)

Über drei Jahre ist allerdings nicht nur ein Bisschen spät :D
