Hey Leute,

auch wenn ihr mich nun für total doof haltet stell ich die Frage. ;)

Ich habe die Aufgabe bekommen, eine Access Frontend zu basteln um auf eine MS SQL Server Datenbank zuzugreifen und dort einige Sachen zu machen. Diese Datenbank ist über das Netzwerk ansprechbar.

Nun zu meiner Frage:

Ich habe noch nie wirklich mir Access gearbeitet. Also wie erstell ich nen Frontend damit ?

Über jede Art von Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

es gibt mehrere wege: entweder über eine ADP (sogenanntes access-projekt). die daten liegen dabei am sql server und werden über die access-oberfläche verwaltet. es sind manipulationen an sql server-spezifischen datenbankobjekten möglich. auswahl über "datei: neu / projekt (bestehende daten)". andere möglichkeit: tabellen via ODBC verknüpfen. es sind dabei allerdings keine manipulationen an DB-diagrammen und SPs (gespeicherten prozeduren) möglich. datei: auswahl über "neu / leere datenbank".
