Hallo,

warum wird, wenn ich eine USB-Festplatte vor dem Hochfahren schon mit dem PC verbunden habe, diese, wenn der PC hochgefahren ist, nicht erkannt.

Ich muss sie dann immer erst abstecken und wieder anstecken, dann wird sie erst erkannt.

Mein OS ist WinXP.

versuch mal, wenn der rechner sie erkannt hat, bei der Datenträgerverwaltung der Platte einen bestimmten LW-Namen zuzuweisen.

mit meinem USB-Stick hat das funktioniert.
