Um DVDs über TV-Out auszugeben nutze ich in der Regel DVD-Shrink.

Eine gute Freeware ist der VLC : http://www.libe.net/themen/VLC-Player.php

naja... manchmal werden so "alte versionen" ja mal freigegeben.

hat sonst noch jemand ne alternative?

Es gibt auch nen OpenSource mpeg2 codec und media player kann auch DVD's :)
