Authentication bei mehreren standorten und verschiedenen OS

hallo kollegen

habe da ein riesen problem

stellt euch mal vor es gibt

standort a(chen)

standort b(erlin)

standort c(ham)

und den haubtstandort d(armstadt)

alle standorte verwenden unterschiedliche betriebssysteme die sich unabhängig vom hauptstandort d an ihren pcs anmelden können

jetzt ist aber das problem das die benutzer aller standorte in eine struktur im hauptstandort d angelegt werden und sich darüber authentifizieren sollen und im eigenen netz die selbe struktur also benutzer haben sollen wie bei d

genauer gesagt wenn ein neuer benutzer bei standort a angelegt wird soll sich das auf hauptstandort d synctonisieren

a, b und c sollen sich aber z.b. bei defekter leitung zum hauptstandort trotzdem im eigenen netz anmelden (autentifiezieren) können

wie kann man das machen???? wie soll man vorgehen???
