Wie generiere ich einen Zaehler, der bei einem mehrmaligen Zugriff mit einer gleichen IP-Adresse nur einmal zählt?

Die Frage ist, wie Du diesen Zähler realisieren willst, bzw. welche mittel Dir da zur Verfügung stehen. Ich würde das jetzt mal mit Perl/CGI machen...

Gibt es bereits fertige Lösungen im Internet?
