Netzwerkfreigabe und Dateisperre: Benutzer wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo,

habe eine Netzwerkfreigabe auf einem Windows 2000 Server. Dort liegen u.a. .doc-Dateien. Zwei Benutzer öffnen die gleiche Datei, beim Zweiten kommt die bekannte Meldung "Dokument wird verwendet"... aber hier der Haken: es wird der Benutzername nicht mehr angezeigt. Woran kann das liegen? Benutzer sind AD-Benutzer in einer Windows Domäne.

dann hat wohl jemand in den optionen von word rumgespielt und den namen in den benutzerinformationen rausgelöscht (anstatt einfach nen leerzeichen eingefügt)

wenn man das mal ausschließt - woran könnte es noch liegen?

Habe gerade:

1. als "meier" ein neues doc erzeugt

2. als "meier" geöffnet

3. "müller" öffner das gleiche

... und sieht die meldung wie im screenshot oben
