Tach zusammen. Wir sind momentan auf der Suche nach einer Software für ein CallCenter. Sie sollte möglichst günstig, wenn nicht sogar OpenSource sein.

Kurzbeschreibung: CallCenterAgents telefonieren und vereinbaren Termine für den Aussendienst.

Benötigt werden folgende Funktionen:

- Telefonie vom Rechner aus (Fritz)

- Adressimport

- Terminabgleich nach Möglichkeit mit Outlook für Aussendienst

- Benutzerverwaltung

Kennt da jemand was in dr Richtung??
