meine glaskugel kann leider nicht feststellen, welche version von PHP du verwendest (binär/quellen, 4/5, windows/*nix) ...

... von daher kann man nur sagen: üblicherweise wird die php_mssql.dll und die ntwdlib.dll mit der windows-binärdistribution mitgeliefert. die eine gehört ins verzeichnis php\extensions - die andere ins <windir>\system32.
