Hallo, ich hab hier einen Project-server, auf dem liegt eine Datei, die von einer Abteilung genutzt wird und in der alle Mitarbeiter dieser Abteilung als Ressourcen eingetragen sind.

Wenn ich als Project-Admin da was ändere, bekommen die z.B. Info mails...

naja auf jeden Fall will ich die Datei jetzt von dem Server runter bekommen (der Project-Server soll abgeschafft werden) und stattdessen irgendwo hinlegen, so dass da alle drankönnen und nicht nur der Admin.

Er soll aber -alles- mitnehmen, die Ressourcen, Daten ... alles. Ich hab keine Ahnung, wo ich ansetzen soll, muss ich da was beachten?

Oder einfach die betreffende Datei in eine neue kopieren?

Gibts da ne Anleitung?
