Hallo,

ich würde gerne wissen, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, die Konfigurationen die man in Eclipse vorgenommen hat (z.B. unter Window/Preferences, den Views etc.) global für eine Eclipse Installation zu behalten, ohne dass sie sich von Workspace zu Workspace unterscheiden bzw. wenn dies nicht möglich ist, sie zu ex- und importieren.

Bisher habe ich es immer so gemacht, dass ich für einen neuen Workspace einfach ein bestehendes .metadata Verzeichnis kopiert und dann die darin enthaltenen Projektreferenzen gelöscht hatte. Das funktioniert bei bereits bestehenden Workspaces natürlich nicht bzw. nur mit viel Aufwand.
