Ich habe seit einigen Wochen ein neues Notebook Typ HP nx6325 gekauft. Während ich jetzt gerade im Inet gesurft bin, hat er sich einfach ausgeschaltet und geht nicht mehr an. Es tut sich auch nichts mehr wenn ich zB das Notebook ans Netzteil anbinde leuchtet auch der "Lädt-Akku"-LED nicht mehr. Es tut sich einfach nichts mehr, ganz egal was ich mache.

Woran kann das liegen und wie kann ich das schnellstens beheben, brauche das Notebook dringend wegen meinem STuidum.

Zum Händler bringen, zu HP einschicken lassen oder selber HP anrufen und zur Reparatur einschicken. Das Gerät ist erst wenige Wochen alt, also hast du noch Garantie. Oder gelten in der Schweiz andere Garantiefristen?
