Hei,

wie kann ich eine Variable in JavaScript mit einem Inhalt füllen, der z. B. so aussieht:

<td colspan="2" class="test">

Es geht mir um die Anführungszeichen. Wie schaffe ich es einen String mit Anführungszeichen in eine Variable zu packen?????

Du musst höchstwahrscheinlich das " irgendwie entwerten, also dass es nicht interpretiert wird. In Unix geht das mit \ . Hab aber leider auf Anhieb keine Ahnung, wie das in JS funktioniert.

Klappt, wenn man variablenname = '<td class="blablabla">';

schreibt!!!
