Hi!

Habe bei einem Anwender folgendes Problem:

Er hat einen Kopfhörer in die dafür vorgesehene Buchse gesteckt, doch wenn er einen Sound abspielt, kommt dieser trotzdem aus den ganz normalen Lautsprechern.

Es handelt sich um ein HP NC6000.

Meine einizge Idee bis jetzt ist, das etwas an der Hardware nicht richtig funktioniert.

Was könnte softwaremäßig verstellt sein?

Hoffe, mir kann jemand helfen.

eigentlich würde auch ich nur auf einen hardware-defekt tippen... :rolleyes:

Dir fällt auch nix ein, was im System verstellt sein kann oder?

hmm naja ich kenne keine funtion die das abdenkt..

wobei es natürlich möglich wäre um zB genau zu verstehen aber trotzdem die kollegen mithören zu lassen ;)

wüsste aber nicht wo das einzustellen ist bzw warum es beim anwender so ist :rolleyes:
