Hallo,

ich möchte auf ein Backup-Verzeichnis die rechte folgendermaßen anpassen.

von außen soll das Verzeichnis nicht aufrufbar sein.

Trotzdem soll über einer PHP-Datei (Verzeichnis liegt auf einem Webserver) auf dieses Verzeichnis geschrieben werden können.

Wie heißt hier der chmod?

wenn man mal ALLE Sicherheitsüberlegungen weglässt, gibst Du apache Schreibrechte auf das Verzeichnis

chmod -R 700 /verzeichnis

Ich würde mir allerdings überlegen, ob Du DAS wirklich tun willst ;-)
