Hallo Leute,

ich hab hier ein Problem, bzw. wir.

Wir sind insgesamt 8 Leute , zum Teil in Nürnberg, zum Teil in Karlsruhe, und einer sitzt auch in Dresden.

Wir haben ein Funktionspostfach auf das jeder Zugreifen kann.

Das Postfach selber liegt nur auf dem Exchange-Server und die User haben es als zusätzliches Postfach eingebunden.

Die Admins geben uns nur 40MB für das Postfach, aber im Monat kommen zZ ca. 300MB zusammen und das werden ganz schnell ganz viel mehr.

Wie können wir dieses Postfach Sichern, ohne das man per Hand alle Mails in eine .pst Datei zieht und diese dann auf einem Netzlaufwerk ablegt?

Wenn möglich eine kostenlose Möglichkeit ;)

Sowas banales wie: Mails die älter als 2 Tage sind -> Ab in .pst-Datei auf \\srv123\url123\AbtWir\Backup\[day.month.year].pst oder sowas in der Art.
