ich habe in meinem array mehr als zB 20 einträge, ich möchte aber nur 15 haben, kann ich irgedndwie die restelichen 5 einträge löschen?

Also ich würde das so machen:


array_splice($array, 15, count($array) - 15);

slice wäre die passerende Variante

imho wäre es bzgl. der Performance sinnvoller einfach nur die Daten in das Array zu packen, die man auch braucht.

Solltest du die Daten aus einer Datenbank laden schau dir mal LIMIT (SQL) an.
