Kleiner Zeichen in Bat-Datei fehlerhaft interpretiert (WinXP)

Hallo Forum,

ich möchte mittels einer Batch Datei einen MySQL Server einrichten.

Wenn ich nun einen SQL Dump wiederherstellen möchte, wird das

kleiner Zeichen falsch interpretiert.

Ich rufe also den Befehl


mysql -u root personal < muster.sql
in der Batch auf. In der Konsole erhalte ich aber 

mysql -u root personal  0<muster.sql

und den Fehler

Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.

Die Datei muster.sql ist ebenso wie die mysql.exe an der aufrufenden Stelle vorhanden. Wenn ich den Befehl direkt in die Eingabeaufforderung eingebe, klappt es super. Das ganze soll aber ein Teil eines Installers werden, deswegen brauche ich es als BATCH Datei.

Woran kann dies liegen? Ich verwende Win XP und den Notepad Editor. Ich habe bereits verschiedene Dateiformate (UTF, Ansi, etc.) ausprobiert aber ohne Erfolg.
