Wie kann man mit VB.net die Position von Desktopicons ändern?

mir ist keine API oder assembly bekant, die das von haus aus können würde. tatsache ist, dass windows die positionen der desktopicons in der registry ablegt, AFAIK in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams. das ganze ist rudimentär im KB-artikel 171002 erklärt. möglicherweise noch noch mit windowsmessages, das müsstest du recherchieren. darüber hinaus sehe ich keine möglichkeit, das programmatisch zu lösen.

Habe mich dahingehend erkundigt, jedoch leider nichts gefunden ...:(
