Hallo zusammen,

wenn die Ausbildung in der Mitte eines Monats endet, steht einem dann für den "angebrochenen" Monat Urlaub zu? Oder gibt's Urlaub nur für volle Monate?

Nö. Der Anspruch wird laut BUrlG nach vollen Kalendermonaten bestimmt.

Bsp:

Kündigung zum 31. Januar: 1/12 Jahresurlaubanspruch.

Kündigung zum 15. Februar: 1/12 Jahresurlaubsanspruch.

Kündigung zum 28. Februar: 2/12 Jahresurlaubsanspruch.
