Hallo

Ich muss mit Hilfe von MFC Diagramme anzeigen bzw. zeichnen, ist es überhaupt möglich, welchen Aufwand steht da hinter und wie kann man es am schönsten/einfachsten realisieren?

Entweder zeichnest Du die Diagramme selbst, oder Du kaufst passende Komponenten.

kannst du es ein wenig genauer beschreiben??

Was für eine Erklärung würde Dir helfen? Wie man mit C++ unter Windows Grafiken ausgibt?

Ernsthaft: Solange Du nicht wenigstens nährungsweise sagst, was für ein Diagramm Du zeichnen möchtest bzw. welche Daten zu visualisieren sind und wie Du Dir dies in etwa vorstellst, kann man Dir nicht sinnvoll weiterhelfen.
