    Hilfe bezüglich Netzplan und Puffer (keine Normalfolge)

    Hallo Leute, ich bin neu hier im Forum und möchte mal hallo sagen. Werde mich dafür demnächst ebenfalls bei einigen Hilfeanfragen etwas revanchieren. Also wenn die Klausuren in zwei Wochen geschafft sind. \o/ Aktuell bräuchte ich aber ein wenig Hilfe bezüglich der Netzplantechnik. Was Pufferzeiten snd und wie sie berechnet werden, weiß ich. Einmal die Formel die mir zur Verfügung steht: - Freier Puffer (FP) = min[FAZ(N)] - FEZ - Freier Rückwärtspuffer (FRP) = SAZ - max[SAZ(V)] Nun habe ich folgenden Netzplan (ich hoffe, das Bild wird angezeigt). Kann mir hier jemand grob erklären, wieso die Pufferzeiten (genauer FP und FRP) hin den rot markierten Feldern anders berechnet werden? Ich vermute mal, weil es sich nicht um eine Normalfolge handelt. Aber wie werden die Puffer bei Anfangs-, End- und Sprungfolge berechnet? Hoffe es kann jemand etwas Licht ins Dunkel bringen.
