    Kündigung nach der Ausbildung

    xehs hat einem Thema gepostet in Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
    Hallo, ich werde dieses Jahr meine Ausbildung beenden, im Juni/Juli ist meine mündliche Prüfung. Nach § 21 Absatz 2 BBiG endet mit dem Bestehen der mündlichen Prüfung das Ausbildungsverhältnis. Heute wurde mir von meinem Betrieb mitgeteilt, dass "nach einer erfolgreichen Abschlussprüfung [...] auf Grundlage von § 3 Nr. 3 TV Besch eine befristete Übernahme vorgesehen [ist]" (IG Metall NRW). Ich möchte allerdings nach der Ausbildung studieren (Mein Betrieb weiß das noch nicht). Meine Frage: Muss ich bei meiner Firma eine schriftliche Kündigung einreichen?
