    Umstellung von ITIL V3 zu V4

    ScipiBal hat einem Thema gepostet in Systemadministratoren und Netzwerktechniker
    Hallo Leute, im Rahmen meiner Bachelorarbeit soll ich einen Migrationspfad erstellen für die Umstellung eines Unternehmens, welches mit ITIL V3 arbeitet auf die neue Version 4. Mein Professor meinte, dass ich in Fachzeitschriften wie z.b. in der "Wirtschaftsinformatik" bestimmt ein Fallbeispiel aus der Praxis finde woran ich mich dann orientieren kann. Mein Problem ist, dass ich 1. nirgendwo aktuelle Ausgaben finde und 2. auch abseits der Fachzeitschriften nichts gefunden habe. Deshalb wollte ich fragen, ob jemand zufälligerweise etwas zu diesem Thema weiß, oder mir sagen kann wo ich auf aktuelle Fachzeitschriften zugreifen kann. Jede Kleinigkeit würde helfen. Danke.
