    Templerxy hat auf Mathias G. in Komplette Umstellung von Xenserver zu Hyper V   
    ich würde sogar etwas früher anfangen
    1. erstmal erfassen wieviel alte Server ihr habt und wieviel davon auch ein OS Update brauchen (wenn man sie schon anfasst, dann direkt richtig,)
    2. ein Betriebskonzept für das neue Hosting erstellen, wieso hat man sich dafüer entschieden, welche tools will man einsetzen usw
    3. Konzept für die Bereitstellung der neuen Hostingumgebung
    4. Plan für jeden Umgebung/Server/Anwendung für den Umzug erstellen (inkl Testumgebung, User tests, Lasttests, etc)
    5. Umzug Planen mit dem Business
