    Ausbildungsfortschritte tracken

    s4t0r1 hat einem Thema gepostet in Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
    Hallo Zusammen, ich wende mich an euch um Vorschläge zu erhalten wie man Ausbildungsfortschritte effizient tracken kann. Wir versuchen uns so gut es geht an die Sachliche- und Zeitliche Gliederung der Ausbildung zu halten. Des weiteren gibt es die Ausbildungsrahmenpläne der jeweiligen Handelskammer. Was mich nun konkret interessiert, wie macht ihr das? Habt ihr z.B den Ausbildungsrahmenplan einfach im Intranet (o.ä Space) abgelegt, sodass dieser als Leitfaden gilt. Habt ihr den Ausbildungsrahmenplan auseinander genommen und diesen im Details ins Ticketsystem übertragen, sodass der Auszubildende und/oder der Ausbildungsbetreuer abhakt was vermittelt wurde? Irgendwelche anderen Vorschläge? Ich bin über jeden Tipp dankbar! Grüße aus Karlsruhe s4t0r1
