    Meister Eder 2.0 hat auf allesweg in FISI ü30 sinnvoll?   
    Wo steht das? Korrelation & Kausalität...
    Und mit was? Mit Recht. Weil Support-Stellen eher schlecht bezahlt sind und man für das telefonische Abarbeiten einer Lösungsschablone keine Fachkenntnisse braucht.
    Support wird hier von sehr vielen als Sackgasse gesehen - du rätst explizit zum Quereinstieg über diese Schiene. So unterschiedlich sind die Wahrnehmungen.
     
    @Reiner87 warum willst du 2nd-lvl-Supporter werden? Warum ist FISI dafür der richtige Ausbildungsberuf?
