    Hey ich wollte mal Fragen, wie ihr zum Beginn im AVR eingruppiert wurdet und wie ihr aufgestiegen seid. Ich hab jetzt vor kurzem im Krankenhaus-Verbund angefangen und wurde in Gruppe 6b Stufe 3 eingruppiert. Ich habe auch nur meine Ausbildung abgeschlossen und anschließend dann im Krankenhaus angefangen. Wie sah es bei euch aus? Wie wurdet ihr eingruppiert zu Beginn und wie seid ihr aufgestiegen?
