Lösungen

  1. Clay61's Beitrag in Windows Updates wurde als Antwort markiert.   
    Das Problem wurde durch ein Script welches ich bei Github runtergeladen hab behoben. Die Updates wurden komplett zurückgesetzt und neu runtergeladen. 

    Hier der Link falls jemand auch solche Probleme hat:

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
