    Hallo,
    ich bin seit dem 01.09.21 in der Ausbildung zum FIAE. Mich würde interessieren, wie euer erstes Jahr so ablief und was ihr im großen und ganzen gemacht habe. In unsere Betrieb sind wir insgesamt 3 Azubis. Meine Kollegen haben 6 Monaten früher als mich angefangen...also mein Problem generell ist, dass ich kein Ahnung ,was muss ich machen. Ich hab vor 3 Tagen meiner Ausbilder für 3 Stunden gesehen. Wenn wir Fragen haben, mussen wir zu Seniors fragen / so läuft bei anderen Azubis/ . Meine Kollegen/Azubis/ schauen tutorials , entwickeln kleine Projekte selba ...und ist irgendwie ein Chaos. Keine Aufgaben,keine Struktur,keine Ausbilder… 
    Was soll eigentlich eine Azubi für erste 6 Monaten wissen?! Soweit weiß ich ,beschäftigen wir mit HTML,CSS,Bootstrap 5,JS und PHP.
    Was muss ich weiter machen? Ist es normall, dass so läuft?
