    Guten Tag lieber Leser und Leserin, Hat eventuell noch jemand die Handlungsschritte von der GA1 als IT-Systemkaufmann im Kopf? Bin leider (hatte n kleinen Blackout) durch die GA1 gefallen und nur 30 Punkte erreicht und muss nun zur mündlichen Ergänzungsprüfung, aber durch diesen blöden Blackout kann ich mich einfach nicht mehr daran Erinnern was die Handlungsschritte waren. Falls es jemand von euch weiß und das hinschreiben würde wäre mir und vlt. auch anderen eine große Hilfe. Schon mal Vielen Dank!
