Plane Zeit ein, um die Kriterien und deren Gewichtung dafür festzulegen. Fallst Du schon weißt, welche Systeme oder wenigstens wie viele Systeme zur Auswahl stehen, kannst Du das auch noch rein schreiben. Hier fehlt die Ressourcen-, Zeit- und Ablaufplanung.
