    Auf den letzten Absatz bezogen. Egal ob Arbeit, oder anderswo, Ignoranz und Ausgrenzung gehört zu Mobbing.
    In einigen Antworten wurde das Verhalten des Unternehmens als normal dargestellt und das Verhalten des Unternehmens runtergespielt. Fragt euch, wieso so was toleriert wird und wieso ihr dieses Verhalten nicht als Mobbing seht.
    Ein Mensch ist keine Ware, oder ein Objekt, den man so lange er einen Nutzen hat gut behandelt und wenn er keinen hat, schlecht zu behandeln hat.
