    TianRiri hat eine Reaktion von allesweg in Konflikte in der Ausbildung - aus der Sicht der Ausbilderin   
    Ich hoffe doch nochmal an die entscheidenden Stellen appellieren zu können.
    Außerdem wollte ich einfach wissen ob meine Ansicht doch eher die Minderheit dar stellt.
    Zum Stand jetzt haben sich bereits Azubis bei der IHK gemeldet um ihre mögliche Kündigung prüfen zu lassen. Mindestns 2 von 4 unserer neuen Studenten möchten jetzt in der Probezeit sich einen neuen Betrieb suchen, wegen der Zustände.
    Ich weiß net... das kann man ja auch alles verhindern.
