    Anrufen beim Chef und sich bedanken. Du hättest mit weniger gerechnet, aber das es jetzt doch 60k geworden sind findest du ein tolles Zeichen der Wertschätzung, ist ein grosser Motivationsschub und bedankst dich recht herzlich.
    Denk dran: Wenn bei dem Gehalt keine internen "Alarmglocken" losgehen, dann ist dies für die Firma/Position kein Problem. Ergo musst du es natürlich clever! ansprechen, aber kannst es auch als legitime Gehaltshöhe ansehen. Falls sie es wieder reduzieren, dann weisst ja was nächstes Jahr fordern kannst
