    Hallo zusammen,
    ich arbeite bei einer BBW und bekomme zunächst eine Gruppe für FiSi Ausbildung. Hat jemand vielleicht Tipps für mich, wie ich das 1. Ausbildungsjahr attraktiv und effizient planen kann, bzw. was unbedingt im 1. Jahr vermittelt werden muss?

    wenn Du Ausbilden sollst brauchst Du die den Azubis übergebene sachliche und zeitliche Gliederung. Dann weisst Du was Du wann ausbilden (lassen) sollst.
    Dann empfehle ich die Umsetzungshilfe des DIHK. Danach kannst Du dann bestimmen, was Dir an Doku und Methoden fehlen könnte
