    MC_Whack hat auf CtrlAltAudrey in Gehalt als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration nach 1,5 Jahren – passt das zu meinen Aufgaben?   
    Heyyy,
    ich finde das es für 1,5 Jahre Berufserfahrung schon echt in Ordnung ist. Das ist deutlich mehr als das, was ich monatlich Ausgezahlt bekomme bei deutlich mehr Aufgaben und weniger IT-Kollegen (über 3 Jahre Erfahrung/3ITler/137 Mitarbeiter und 7 Standorte in Betreuung). Luft nach oben ist natürlich immer da, du kannst das z.B. erreichen indem du dich weiterbildest mit einem CCNA oder einer M365 Admin Schulung/Zertifizierung.
