    Scout hat auf Zaroc in Umschüler: Berufliche Weiterentwicklung nach Praktikum   
    Ich steckte fast 7 Jahre bei 3 verschiedenen Arbeitgebern im Support fest die mir versprachen dass ich nach der Einarbeitung als Systemadministrator arbeiten könnte. Am Ende habe ich entschieden mich selbst fortzubilden statt weiter zu warten.

    Ich habe mich damals in Richtung Cloud weitergebildet z. B. mit dem AZ-900 (Anfängerzertifikat) und mich auf Junior Cloud Stellen beworben. Aufgrund meiner privaten Fortbildung und Motivation haben sie mich damals eingestellt. Ich bin aber relativ früh von Cloud in Richtung Security Management gewechselt und habe mich nonstop weitergebildet. Alles was von einem Security Manager in Stellenbeschreibungen erwartet wurde habe ich mir selbst beigebracht und zusätzlich bekannte Zertifikate (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, BSI Grundschutz Praktiker, CISSP und CISM) erworben.

    Seitdem arbeite ich im Security Management.
