    Das hab ich nicht behauptet. Die anderen und ich versuchen nur dir klar zu machen, dass es nicht reicht zu sagen, ich hab die und die Kenntnisse und hab Lust auf IT, also mach ich ein Kleinunternehmen auf.
    Es geht neben den IT Kenntnissen um ganz viel zum Thema Kosten, Haftung, Verträge und Datenschutz und 100 andere Fragen.
    Stell dir einfach vor, ich bin Chef eines KMU und Du bietest mir Dienstleistung im Bereich Backup an.
    Erstellst Du einen unterschriftsreifen Vertrag den mein Rechtsanwalt abnickt oder soll ich (wenn ich selber RA, Wirtschaftsprüfer etc. bin) oder mein Anwalt den Vertrag erstellen. Bist du sicher dann alle Konsequenzen einschätzen zu können?
