    lool2589 hat auf neinal in Arbeitsverträge werden immer unverschämter   
    "Wenn nötig". Ja. Dann erwarte ich aber auch, dass ich die Stunden abbummeln darf, wenn weniger zu tun ist. Und es gibt immer Wochen in denen mal weniger zu tun ist.
    Mein alter AG hat mir mal gesagt "Wir erwarten mindestens 45h/Woche von dir. Auch wenn wenig zu tun ist." Tja. Wenn im Arbeitsvertrag für Gehalt X 40h stehen, arbeite ich nicht 45h für Betrag X. 
    Kein AG schenkt dir was. Warum sollte man dem AG dann was schenken?
     
    Aktuell ist es so, dass ich für die Faktura noch zusätzlichen einen Bonus bekomme. D.h. wenn ich Überstunden mache, komme ich automatisch auf ein höheres Gehalt. Das ist für mich in Ordnung.
    Aber, dass 45h erwartet werden, nur weil man gut verdient? Reicht der Sprit im Tank länger, nur weil der Sprit heute teurer war? Ich denke nicht.
